Is the tool browser based or do I need to download anything?

There is nothing to download, the tool can be accessed from Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari etc.

Are the Statistics reliable and accurate?

Live statistics come from an external company, we’ve tested these against live games and yes they are very reliable and accurate.

What sort of support do you offer?

We provide email support and suggest watching the tutorial videos.

Are Paypal payments recurring?

Yes, but payments can be cancelled anytime.

What happens when my Paypal payment is skipped?

The website removes your access to the members' area.

Paypal try to process a skipped payment 5 days later, and if it goes through your access is restored.

If you decide to create a new subscription please cancel the skipped one in order to avoid double charges.

I don’t use Paypal, do you accept other methods of payment?

Paypal process payments via credit/debit cards securely even without a Paypal account. Failing this we also accept Moneybookers/Skrill. Details can be found on our payment page.
